Scope and current service model
Libri Suite EAS provides editorial production services on a per-project basis, using its platform and automation and artificial intelligence tools. At this stage, the service provider’s team operates the platform and delivers the contracted files. Direct customer access to the SaaS is a future offering, subject to its own terms; it is not automatically included in this service.
Scope and quotation
The quotation identifies the work, languages, selected service, template, required materials, delivery formats, total price and agreed deadline. Available services are complete book production with translation, complete book production without translation, and typesetting only. For typesetting only, the customer supplies content already prepared and reviewed for that purpose. Scope changes require a quotation and agreement before additional work begins.
Pricing
Prices follow the current USD tariff on the Pricing page: a base per service through 200 commercial pages and a service-specific increment for each started block of 50 pages above 200. The same table applies to every format. Commercial pagination is simulated before payment; the backend calculates and seals the definitive quotation. Later pagination differences do not incur additional charges. Issued quotations retain their sealed tariff and value. Existing page limits remain unchanged; there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Materials, authorship and rights
The customer declares that they hold the rights or permissions needed to provide, translate, review, typeset and use the work and its elements. The service does not transfer ownership of the customer’s intellectual property to Libri Suite. Permission to use the materials is limited to performing the contracted service. Third-party rights, fonts, images and other resources remain subject to their respective licenses.
Production, sample and delivery
The process includes project setup and template selection, sample approval and final approval by the person designated for the project. Preparation and review aim to preserve the meaning, authorial voice and intentional elements of the original. AI use does not remove the need for editorial checking. Planned formats are PDF, Word and EPUB, according to the contracted scope; cover design, printing and external distribution are included only if expressly agreed.
Deadlines and corrections
The deadline will be defined in the quotation according to length, source quality, languages and scope, taking into account the provision of materials and necessary approvals. Quality issues or departures from the scope should be reported through support for assessment and appropriate correction. Commercial results, third-party approval or an unlimited number of works are not guaranteed.
Payment and cancellation
The contract and payment method will be confirmed before charging. When a transaction is actually processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record under the terms presented at checkout; its payment and refund rules also apply. Cancellations and refunds follow the specific policy and applicable mandatory rights.
Privacy and final provisions
The processing of personal data is described in the editorial service privacy policy. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights under applicable law or restrict access to competent authorities and dispute resolution mechanisms. Additional conditions must be disclosed and agreed in the quotation or contract and cannot override mandatory rights.
